Orders placed in the United States and Australia

  • Standard Shipping (17–24 days): FREE

  • Priority Shipping (10–17 days): $2.99


Orders placed in Canada

  • Standard Shipping (17–30 days): FREE

  • Priority Shipping (10–18 days): $9.99

 

Note: Please understand that these delivery times are estimates. Some orders may be faster or slower depending on the recipient’s location and the fulfillment center used.
None of our deliveries are subject to import charges, regardless of your country.

Processing Times

We want you to get your items as quickly as possible!

Orders take between 5–7 business days to process after placing the order, before being shipped out.

 

Tracking Number

When your items are shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification containing your tracking number.

Delivery

Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered via your local postal service, meaning the package will arrive in your regular mail.

If no one is home during delivery, a notice card may be left to inform you how and where to collect your parcel.

 

Unexpected Delays

Some deliveries may take longer than the shipping times mentioned.

Most delays are due to customs processing which is beyond our control.

If your package is taking too long to arrive, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Failed Delivery

If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, unavailable receiver, or refusal to collect, it will be returned to OrthoSolex at the customer’s expense.

This includes all shipping fees and additional charges incurred.

These costs will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

 

Item Marked as Delivered But Not Received

We do not refund or replace items marked as “Delivered” by the tracking system.

We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address.
